Domera MCP server: Swedish building inspections for AI assistants
A read-only MCP server that tells an assistant which inspections a Swedish residential or commercial building needs: OVK ventilation inspection, energy declaration, lift inspection, radon, legionella and fire safety. For each one it returns the interval, the legal basis, who may perform it, the due date and the status. It answers in English, Swedish or Spanish. No account, no API key, nothing stored.

The tool
One tool, read-only.
swedish_building_obligations
ventilation- The ventilation type of the building: FT_FTX or F_FX_S.
has_lift- Whether the building has a lift.
language- The answer language: en, sv or es.
last_done- Optional, per obligation: the date it was last done, so the answer includes a due date and a status.
Limits and privacy
- Read-only. The server cannot change anything, in Domera or anywhere else.
- Nothing is stored: not the questions, not the answers. No account and no API key.
- 60 requests per minute per IP address. Identical queries are cached for 5 minutes.
- General information, not legal advice. Check the rules and the dates for your own building.
